Best Business Coaches
Best Business Coaches
The best business coaches strike a balance with their clients. On the one hand, they avoid categorizing individuals too quickly. On the other hand, they’re able to use insight and experience from past clients in similar situations to address common problems. At Thumbprint Coaching, we use both objective and subjective tools to help our clients realize their business goals.
Our objective tools include behavioral and personality assessments and peer analysis. We use these tests not to “box in” clients but rather to help them identify behavioral patterns and traits. After all, sometimes the simple act of identifying your strengths and weaknesses on the macroscopic level is enough to solve long standing issues. At the same time, the process of self-evaluation in and of itself is often very illuminating.
A Flexible and Effective Business Coaching Approach
We use confidential peer analysis to gather outside perspectives on your issues. A good rule of thumb is that multi-tier evaluations tend to be more accurate than individual appraisals. With feedback from your friends, family, and business associates, we can better nail down precisely how your strengths and weaknesses play out at your job and in your life.
We know that each client is different. That’s why we work with you to develop a schedule and a system that accommodates your hectic life. We don’t impose a coaching dogma. Indeed, while we concede the need for structure, we also want our clients to keep up with their programs. Thus, we design our coaching process around your desires and limitations.
